Role: We are looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead on the Design workstream in our project teams and oversee the quality and process for Elsewhen’s most high‑profile and critical accounts. The ideal candidate will excel at working to the highest standards of product delivery, bringing strategic insight into market opportunities and setting design standards across the organisation. You will be pivotal in shaping design and AI leadership within Elsewhen and extending your influence across other key areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight across the design team, driving alignment between product and engineering teams.
  • Design and deploy AI technologies into products and services, integrating cutting‑edge technology and workflow enhancements in your design process.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence design culture, collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams, and establish a strong design system.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to conduct user testing and discovery processes to deeply understand user needs.
  • Experience with AI technologies, including experimenting with and deploying AI in production‑level environments is desirable.
