We’re looking for a freelance Fullstack Engineer, with circa 5 years experience,to help buildhighly resilient websites for a new client in the telecommunications industry. You will be part of a self - organising and cross functional Agile team, c reating extremely well - crafted front - e nd web applications using React, Next.js, Node and Fastify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing frontend features in React.js using Next.js
  • Build and maintain Node.js APIs using Fastify
  • Contribute clean, maintainable, and scalable fullstack code
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine features and solve problems.
  • Write resilient code that will be continuously tested, deployed and performed at scale
  • Contribute to the team\'s technical direction and the improvement of its tools and processes
  • Be responsible for ensuring our website , app and c hatbot channels are highly performant, resilient, secure and monitored in production.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience withNext.js, React.js,Node.js (Fastify), Redux, GraphQL
  • Proficient in Typescript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience withAEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as headless CMS
  • Familiar with headless commerce frameworks
  • Familiar withChakra-UI/Custom-UI, Storybook, Chromatic,
  • Experience withAirTable
  • Experience withAPI integration (RESTful, GraphQL, Magento 2 preferred)
  • DevOps/cloud experience (AWS, Azure, CI/CD, automation)
  • Experience with data structure libraries such as Immutable.js
  • Agile/SCRUM and cross-functional team experience
  • Solid understanding of fullstack development principles
  • Comfortable working with Git, agile workflows, and testing best practices
  • Strong communications skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of isomorphic React & Node Valkey is a plus
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as Express or StrongLoop is a plus
