About Elsewhen

Over the past decade, we have built a workplace prioritising impact, drive, openness, and friendliness. We value outcomes over hours and agility over rigid processes.

Work Environment

Remote‑first setup: Fully remote work with the option to use a WeWork membership for those who prefer occasional office access.

Role Overview

As our Client Partner, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within established blue‑chip client organisations. Focused on growing existing accounts—a true “farmer” role—you will manage two key accounts, mapping out bespoke engagement strategies designed to increase revenue and deepen long‑term client value. Leveraging your consultancy experience, you’ll interact confidently with stakeholders from director to VP levels across product, design, engineering, ensuring that blue‑chip clients receive strategic, tailored support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies for two key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell beyond initial project work.
  • Map out detailed account plans with clear objectives and commercial metrics to drive revenue growth.
  • Own a revenue target for your assigned accounts—directly responsible for generating revenue and meeting sales targets, contributing to the company's financial goals.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that gauge account health and revenue performance, and collaborate with internal teams to optimise strategies for account growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including directors, senior directors, and VPs across product, design, engineering, and business units.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser, delivering strategic insights and ensuring that client objectives are fully met.
  • Partner with delivery teams and other internal stakeholders to align account strategies with project execution and client success.
  • Facilitate open communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Leverage your broad consultancy background—with a preference for financial services experience—to inform strategic decision‑making and identify market trends.
  • Proactively identify opportunities within client organisations to drive expanded engagements and foster long‑term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Management consultancy experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record managing and growing large, blue‑chip corporate accounts with demonstrated success in a ‘farmer’ capacity.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at director, senior director, and VP levels across product, design, engineering, or business units.
  • Generalist sector experience with a preference for candidates with a financial services background.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in mapping accounts, generating revenue growth, and establishing measurable performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote‑first environment while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Benefits

  • Private Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for both physical and mental health.
  • Flexible and Remote‑First Work Environment: Choose how and where you work, with the option for weekly team meet‑ups in central London.
  • Generous Leave Policy: 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Family‑friendly policies, including enhanced maternity, paternity and shared parental leave.
  • Learning and Development: Individual annual budget of ÂŁ2,000 for learning and development, with dedicated learning days.
  • Feel Better Fund: ÂŁ500 to help set up your remote office.
  • Social Events: Monthly and quarterly team events, an annual team trip, and half‑yearly social events.
  • Gym Membership Contribution: Support for maintaining your physical health.
  • Pension Contribution: Enhanced employer pension contribution of 6%.
  • Bonus Opportunities: Potential for discretionary (non‑contractual) bonus based on business and personal achievements.
