We are hiring a senior strategic professional to partner with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Innovation. This role drives high-impact operational projects, focusing on digital transformation and emerging technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI). You will lead strategic initiatives end-to-end, provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders, and ensure effective execution that delivers measurable value. The role also champions innovation and agility by embedding new ways of working and enabling responsible GenAI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives and measurable business benefits.
- Develop business cases, delivery plans, and success metrics to track benefits realization.
- Incorporate customer needs into strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and experience.
Degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Prefer 5+ years experience in a strategic, consulting, digital transformation, or internal advisory role. Proven ability to independently deliver complex, ambiguous initiatives in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
