Salary: Β£65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements:

- You have some experience with build tools, Git, and continuous integration.
- You have experience supporting and mentoring team members to share knowledge and build their skills.

- You have experience with a modern IDE and proficiency using refactoring tools.
- You have experience with test-driven development and mocking libraries.You have real-world experience with Agile practices and execution.
- You have experience designing and developing for cloud environments, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- You are familiar with AI coding tools and are interested in learning about or have experience with AI-based solutions.
- Experience with agentic software development is desired.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy applications in a cloud-hosted distributed system for our next-generation products.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and gather feedback in a fast-moving environment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that support stability and performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to our delivery processes and working practices.
- Partner with cross-functional Agile and DevOps implementation teams.
