You will be part of the Academic Leader & Funder Audience Marketing team, focusing on researching and creating long-form content that addresses our audiences’ challenges and highlights how we can help them while generating interest in our products and services. We are creative, agile thinkers dedicated to putting our customer's needs at the heart of everything we do.
As the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, you will research, develop, and refine long‑form content including white papers, reports, articles, video scripts, and infographics. You will collaborate with Segment and Solution Marketing, Creative Services, Digital Acquisition, Customer Engagement, and Field Marketing teams to produce content that is accurate, compelling, and aligned with strategic goals. We are looking for a strong communicator with digital content expertise, solid time‑management skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce clear, engaging content including video scripts aligned with brand, editorial, and accessibility guidelines.
- Develop audience‑focused materials for digital awareness and engagement campaigns.
- Translate complex concepts into accessible, engaging narratives.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and accuracy in content.
- Build a strong understanding of key audiences (e.g., academic leaders) through research and collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
Requirements
- Excellent English language writing and editing skills.
- Proven track record of creating (digital) content that engages, inspires or educates.
- Adept at simultaneously managing multiple projects; adhering to deadlines.
- Familiar with branding and style guidelines.
- STEM background or affinity for science preferred, previous experience in an academic or government organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate in marketing, communication, journalism or similar.
