About the Role

Reporting to the SVP Commercial, the Director, Global GTM Strategy will lead the development of aligned go-to-market strategies across customer personas and enterprise offerings. This role brings together market insight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to create a unified global GTM approach that supports profitable growth, customer value, and commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with GTM leaders to provide frameworks, insight, facilitation, challenge, and enablement needed to create strong persona GTM strategies
  • Translate customer and market understanding into clear choices, priorities, initiatives, and measures
  • Synthesize persona GTM strategies into one aligned global plan
  • Identify shared priorities, dependencies, opportunities, conflicts, and areas for leverage across personas
  • Develop GTM strategy for enterprise offerings that span multiple personas
  • Establish common frameworks, governance, decision rights, planning processes, and operating rhythms
  • Lead global commercialization planning for new products, major enhancements, migrations, and portfolio changes
  • Define and monitor shared success metrics, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Significant experience in consulting, commercial strategy, go-to-market leadership, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare, health technology, information services, or an adjacent market is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare markets, customer buying dynamics, and the needs of providers and commercial organizations across multiple geographies
  • Track record of developing compelling GTM and growth strategies and translating strategy into measurable business results
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with business models, pricing and packaging, market sizing, and revenue-related metrics
  • Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to use customer, market, and commercial insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement

If performed in the following location: Home-Based - Netherlands, the base pay range is €105,200 - €175,200. If performed in the following location: Home-Based - Spain, the base pay range is €78,000 - €130,100. This job may be subject to a collective labor agreement in Spain.
