The Licensing Coordinator is a hands‑on, development‑focused role at the centre of the Licensing team. You will keep day‑to‑day content licensing operations running smoothly while gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of content licensing. This role supports a diverse portfolio of content providers across multiple jurisdictions, offering the opportunity to build experience across onboarding, partner coordination, contract administration, and reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations and Royalties teams, as well as external partners globally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Licensing team.
  • Coordinate and track licensing agreements across their lifecycle.
  • Support contract processes, including execution, amendments, renewals and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems.
  • Act as a coordination point for selected partners on routine operational matters.
  • Support partner communications and information requests.
  • Assist in compiling reports on licensing activity and partner performance.
  • Support preparation of materials for internal use and negotiations.
  • Liaise with Operations, Royalties, Finance and other internal teams to support partner deliverables.
  • Support coordination of partner onboarding and related processes.

Qualifications

  • Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Proactive, reliable and willing to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in and across teams and with different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Experience in licensing, publishing, media, data or professional services.
  • Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce etc.).
  • Experience supporting international customers/partners.
  • Familiarity with royalty reporting or content workflows.
