About our Team

The Sales teams focus on accelerating revenue while providing detailed insights for new and existing customers. Our customers are instructors in nursing and health professions, working to educate our future healthcare professionals and improve healthcare outcomes.

About the Role

Collaborating closely with our Canadian sales team to support Nursing and Health programs at Private Sector and Secondary Schools across Canada. This role specifically focuses on incorporating digital and testing products to improve student success, engagement and safe and effective care upon graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Driving revenue within the Health Science Education market, promoting, selling, training and supporting assessment and e-product materials.
  • Assisting the aligned account owners in developing effective selling and positioning strategies to ensure pipeline velocity of key opportunities around testing and digital adoptions.
  • Working to devise a strategic plan for territories in assigned geography.
  • Collaborating to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the solution portfolio with the customers in your territory.

Requirements

  • Have a proven track record of success in B2B sales which can be demonstrated.
  • Be highly organized with excellent digital competence and able to be highly collaborative with a team.
  • Have a background in customer engagement and driving customer adoption.
  • Possess a genuine interest in health science education and the integration of technology into the educational arena.
  • Have a passport and can travel internationally 1-2 times per year.
  • Primarily a home based position, with occasional overnight travel to conferences or to see key customers (maximum 5 times per year).

Compensation

Canada National Base Pay Range: $59,400 - $99,000 (CAD). Total Target Cash Range: $91,400 - $152,600 (CAD). Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
