About this role

The GTM Program Manager leads oversight of the critical go-to-market programs for our key corporate verticals.

The role makes sure each vertical program has shared objectives, a clear timeline, named accountability and transparent status, risks and outcomes, and that progress is reported clearly to broader and senior stakeholders.

Current priority verticals are Biopharma, Chemicals & Materials, Semiconductors & Electronics, and Energy & Vehicles.

Priorities will shift as the market and business evolve, and the role is expected to flex with them.

It is a problem-solving, orchestration role designed to help teams move faster together, remove friction, and continuously improve how we take solutions and portfolios to market.

The role also supports the other program managers in building a more effective, consistent operating model, with shared templates, playbooks, checklists, processes and reporting formats, so every execution feels like part of one system and no program feels like a fresh relaunch.

The role feeds vertical program progress into the Quarterly Performance Review and Quarterly Business Review cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vertical program enablement
  • Drive end-to-end oversight of critical programs for priority verticals, from planning through delivery and outcome review.
  • Align vertical, sales, marketing, product and enablement stakeholders on shared objectives, scope, success measures and timelines.
  • Establish clear ownership and accountability for every milestone, dependency and decision.
  • Track program status, identify risks and cross-team dependencies early, and accelerate or resolve issues to keep execution on track.
  • Re-sequence and re-plan programs as vertical priorities shift, keeping stakeholders informed of trade-offs.
  • Reporting and governance
  • Run a regular program cadence (status reviews, steering updates, risk and decision logs) with consistent reporting for broader and senior stakeholders.
  • Consolidate vertical program progress, risks and outcomes into the QPR and QBR cycle, and translate the outcomes into actions with owners and timelines.
  • Provide senior leaders with a clear, concise view of progress across verticals, highlighting where support or decisions are needed.
  • Operating model and program office support
  • Partner with the other program offices to design and drive a more effective, shared operating model.
  • Develop and maintain reusable templates, playbooks, checklists, processes and reporting formats that make execution consistent across programs and verticals.
  • Embed these standards in day-to-day practice, and capture lessons learned so each program builds on the last rather than starting from scratch.
  • Share best practices and coach program owners and teams on adoption.

Experience and capabilities

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, PMO, GTM or commercial operations, or strategy and operations in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, sales, and enablement.
  • Experience designing and running operating frameworks, governance rhythms and reporting for senior audiences.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving environments and to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and synthesis skills: able to turn complex programs into clear, actionable updates.
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about industry verticals such as life sciences, chemicals and materials, semiconductors and electronics, and energy and vehicles.
  • Experience in Saa S, data, technology or knowledge-based businesses is a plus.
  • Work in a way that works for you

We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation and offer an appealing working prospect for our people.

With wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance and sabbaticals, we help colleagues meet immediate responsibilities and long-term goals.
