  • Communicating status, progress, and challenges transparently with stakeholders.
  • Promoting continuous improvement by encouraging reflection, experimentation, and learning.
  • Using delivery metrics and data to support informed decisions and drive improvement.
  • Contributing to team growth by sharing best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing or facilitating delivery in agile or cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them effectively.
  • Strong organisational and facilitation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to identify and remove delivery impediments and coordinate across teams when needed.
  • Clear and confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for delivery excellence and supporting teams to achieve their best.
  • Agile certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master) is desirable.

Join our team and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. If you are ready to advance your career and make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
