Elsevier seeks a senior leader to shape the future of End User Services within Technology Infrastructure & Operations. You will lead globally distributed teams spanning Enterprise Engineering, Network Engineering, Service Assurance and Service Delivery, driving AI-enabled services, automation and modernization at scale.
Reporting to the SVP of TIO, you will balance operational excellence with innovation, embed AI-driven ways of working, and oversee governance, budgets and vendor relationships.
