About the Role
The Implementation Specialist (IS) works with Program Solution accounts to outline plans for integrating Nursing & Health Education products into their programs. This role identifies key milestones and builds the implementation process into a timeline. The IS collaborates with internal teams and the sales department to deploy resources effectively. Working directly with customers and internal teams, they ensure process timelines and deliverables are met. The Implementation Specialist reports on all projects in progress and provides timely updates to managers and teams. The goal is to leave the customer confidently using Elsevier’s digital products and create an ongoing training plan for new faculty. This role transitions the implementation plan to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager for post-implementation support.
Responsibilities
- Creating training plans for Program Solution customers.
- Setting implementation schedule and timeline to fit account calendar.
- Tracking and maintaining team deadlines for implementation.
- Collaborating with internal partners to establish curriculum needs and deploy resources for successful program launch of Elsevier Digital products.
- Building account product usage tools to establish a framework of Elsevier digital products and their use within the curriculum.
- Identifying “at-risk” customers and collaborating to give insight into action plans.
- Implementing the plan for the Program Solution accounts that will establish client accountability for a product optimization plan. Preparing for hand-off to the Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
- Managing curriculum solution process, tracking to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Sales, Project Coordination, Customer Success, or Customer Service
- Background in Nursing Education is a plus
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously with advanced skills in self-learning, prioritization, organization, and time management
- Have effective interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven track record of success
- Possess excellent collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Be able to communicate effectively via phone, email, webinar, and in person
- Have experience with Excel, Microsoft Project, or Trello is a plus
- Be able to consistently meet deadlines
