About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities. Applicants must be fluent in English and proficient in French, German or Spanish
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
- Coordinating with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
- Meeting with Solutions Account Executives to ensure accurate and fully documented pre-sales information.
- Collaborating with sales teams to schedule effective demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline.
- Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in English, French and/or German
- Experience in sales or scientific research is an advantage
- Have previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Be a self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
- Possess positive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Have interest in a career in sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn.
