About The Role

The Director of GTM Enablement role is a strategic leadership position focused on empowering our global commercial teams to succeed. This role drives the development of inclusive, customer-centric enablement programs that equip teams with the tools, insights, and best practices needed to deliver value across diverse markets. You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales leaders to ensure alignment and consistency in go-to-market strategies, while fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Responsibilities

  • GTM Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for A&G segment, including Life Sciences specifically ensuring alignment with business goals across functions.
  • GTM Excellence and Best Practices: Develop and implement GTM best practices, playbooks, and frameworks to optimize market execution.
  • Product Positioning & Revenue Enablement: Assist in refining product positioning and market segmentation, ensuring revenue enablement plans across solutions and alignment from pre-sales motion to post-sales customer success.
  • Innovation Scaling: Support the introduction of new innovations, driving market adoption and scalability.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and support opportunities for market expansion to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Solid business acumen and experience in Go-To-Market strategy, product marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Experience/understanding of scientific research, for example previous research experience or advanced degrees (MSc or PhD), experience in Chemistry, Biology, or related Life Sciences fields would be a plus.
