About the Team

The Clinical Learning Hub (CLH) is a multidisciplinary team that develops evidence-based clinical education to support healthcare professionals and staff. We create scalable learning solutions and resources that enhance patient care, safety, and operational effectiveness. We work collaboratively across functions and use innovative approaches to support diverse learning needs. We welcome individuals who are curious, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to continuous learning and clinical excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Clinical Learning Hub by working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, improve processes, and enable data-informed decisions. In this role, you will translate business needs into clear requirements, contribute to the development of effective solutions, and support the adoption of new tools and workflows, including AI-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and processes
  • Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
  • Support the design and improvement of systems, tools, and workflows
  • Create clear and accessible documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes using data and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and development teams
  • Evaluate solutions for business and technical fit
  • Contribute to testing and quality assurance activities

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to analyse processes and translate needs into clear requirements
  • Project management, familiarity with Agile or similar ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience creating process documentation (e.g., As-Is and To-Be)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams
  • Broad technical understanding across various methodologies, platforms, tools and languages
  • Experience with UML or similar modelling approaches
  • Experience with testing or test automation
  • Relevant certifications or education
