We seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in the health and education sector to lead Digital Product compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management with related experience in the field of Digital Accessibility.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
- 7+ years of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) experience.
- Extensive budget management experience ($3M+).
- Change Management experience.
- 3+ years of Healthcare IT project management experience.
- Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and other PM tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong budget and financial knowledge.
- Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- Additional project management certification (Six Sigma, etc.).
- Master's degree in project management, Social Innovation, or related areas.
- Experience in international or multicultural projects.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
