In this role, you will lead the development and execution of segment-focused strategies to accelerate growth across priority markets. You will work across sales, marketing and product to drive commercial performance, strengthen product-market fit, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence innovation, pricing, and go-to-market execution within a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Build a clear commercial plan and orchestrate execution to optimise commercial outcomes.
- Generate market insights, size commercial opportunities, and define target segments for growth.
- Identify and execute on opportunities for pricing and packaging improvements in collaboration with product and pricing teams.
- Partner with product teams to improve product-market fit, support innovation initiatives and unlock new commercial potential.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to ensure alignment on priorities across regions, segments, and product combinations.
- Improve the end-to-end customer experience, identifying gaps and working with internal teams to deliver enhancements.
Qualifications
- Degree in a life sciences discipline, ideally with an advanced degree (MBA/PhD).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with an understanding of pharma R&D.
- Solid business acumen with experience in go-to-market strategy and commercial planning.
- Proactive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability. Able to see big picture as well as delve into the detail.
- Ability to analyse financial and performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Track record of delivery and execution.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams and navigate complex matrix organisation, managing through influence.
- Excellent communication skills.
