About the Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will work closely with Data Engineering teams to deliver high‑value products and initiatives in a complex, evolving environment. This is not a role for someone who applies frameworks rigidly. Qualifications

- Experience working in complex or scaled environments, with multiple teams and dependencies
- Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements
- Strong problem‑solving mindset - comfortable tackling ambiguity and systemic challenges
- Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, with the energy to drive change in complex environments
- Ambition to grow and take on broader delivery challenges, including operating at greater scale and influence
