Overview

The Communications Project Manager works closely with the Global Communications team to plan, execute, and evaluate communications initiatives. This role strengthens collaboration, improves operational efficiency, and supports the delivery of high-quality projects through clear processes and data-informed insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve project standards, tools, and workflows.
  • Partner with team leaders to encourage consistent project management practices.
  • Support project leads with scoping, timelines, resourcing, and day-to-day execution.
  • Identify risks and guide mitigation planning.
  • Lead project evaluations using qualitative and quantitative data, including effectiveness and ROI assessment.
  • Streamline planning, communication, and operational practices.
  • Help teams prioritize work, manage dependencies, and monitor progress.
  • Build productive partnerships, remove obstacles, and support constructive conflict resolution.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Develops standards and tools that improve consistency and transparency.
  • Aligns stakeholders and manages cross-team dependencies.
  • Coordinates resources and supports basic financial tracking.
  • Communicates project status, risks, and outcomes clearly.
  • Uses data to evaluate performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Experience with monday.com (setup, workflows, reporting).
  • Experience managing communications or marketing projects with on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with monday.com or similar project/workflow management tools.
  • Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Experience using AI tools to support project efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Communications, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing communications or marketing projects with on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Working knowledge of project management methods and tools.
