We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Property Investment Consultant to join our growing team. You will advise clients on residential and/or commercial property investment opportunities, build long-term relationships, and guide investors through the full acquisition process. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited to someone confident in sales, financially literate, and passionate about property.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients to understand their investment goals and risk profile
- Present tailored property investment opportunities backed by market data and ROI projections
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified investors
- Conduct consultations via phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Guide clients through the purchase process from enquiry to completion
- Liaise with developers, agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors
- Stay up to date with property market trends, yields, and regional growth areas
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow compliance procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, investment consulting, real estate, or financial sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Understanding of property investment fundamentals (yield, capital growth, leverage)
- Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships
- Target-driven with a consultative sales approach
