A well-established and growing property investment company is seeking experienced Property Investment Consultants to join its team in Liverpool City Centre. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in property investment sales and investment analysis who are looking to maximise earnings within a high-performing environment.
The Role
The Property Investment Consultant will be responsible for:
- Speaking with qualified investors to understand their investment objectives
- Presenting UK property investment opportunities in a consultative and compliant manner
- Producing Return on Investment (ROI) forecasts for clients
- Demonstrating a detailed understanding of capital appreciation and rental yields
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors
- Handing over completed reservations to the Sales Progression Department, which manages the process from reservation through to completion
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client journey
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
- Strong knowledge of ROI calculations, capital growth, and yield performance
- A confident, professional, and consultative telephone manner
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
