We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to join our team. You’ll will be hiring across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps—partnering closely with leadership.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how great GTM teams are built and knows how to identify, attract, and close top commercial talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships)
  • Partner with founders, CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, and hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for high-performing GTM talent
  • Run structured interviews and assess candidates for both skill and revenue impact
  • Manage pipelines, hiring data, and time-to-hire metrics
  • Strengthen employer branding for GTM talent markets

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures
  • Track record of hiring high-performing sales and marketing professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ATS and sourcing expertise
  • Ability to move fast without compromising on quality
