Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and technical expertise. Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to streamline workflow and meet project goals. Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documenting equipment performance and suggesting improvements. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project. Qualifications: NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Certifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent in mechanical systems and maintenance. Proven experience in mechanical maintenance or installation, preferably in an industrial or construction environment. Familiarity with industry-specific equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, or machinery systems. Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
