The Role
- Speaking with qualified investors to understand their investment objectives.
- Presenting UK property investment opportunities in a consultative and compliant manner.
- Producing Return on Investment (ROI) forecasts for clients.
- Demonstrating a detailed understanding of capital appreciation and rental yields.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors.
- Handing over completed reservations to the Sales Progression Department, which manages the process from reservation through to completion.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client journey.

- Strong knowledge of ROI calculations, capital growth, and yield performance.
