About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial finance sales team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing key client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth in a fastβpaced and competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the financial sector
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze sales performance metrics and present reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and positioning
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience within finance, fintech, banking, or related sector
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
