With a track record of strategic acquisitions and ambitious growth plans, they are strengthening their Group Finance function and are looking for a technically outstanding Group Reporting Manager to be a key part of that journey.
This is a rare opportunity to get in at an exciting stage where you'll have real impact on shaping accounting policies, driving best practice and building something that matters.
Reporting into the Head of Group Reporting, you will take a lead role in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statutory consolidated financial statements, ensuring full IFRS compliance. You'll own technical accounting on complex transactions acquisitions, disposals, IFRS 16, IFRS 9, revenue recognition and act as a key liaison with the Group's external auditors.
You'll partner closely with subsidiary finance teams and help embed financial controls across the broader Group.
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- 2+ years PQE
- Audit background preferred
- Oracle FCC experience a plus
