Our client is an artificial intelligence backboned media company operating top content apps (music, video broadcasting, news, etc.) in 100+ countries/regions. To continue growing their presence in the EMEA region, our client is looking for a talented and creative professional to join their team.
Based in their London office, you will engage with music artists, managing copyrights and licensing and helping artists to grow.

Your Mission
- Conceptualise and create programs to attract musical talents in each market;
- Responsible for acquiring Original Music Content Producers/Talents;
- Negotiate acquisition/partnership agreements with key producers and talents;
- Develop content guidelines in accordance with local media regulations & app’s technical requirements for original content producers/talents;
- Review content daily to make sure all contents are in accordance with guidelines;
- Develop remuneration models for Original Music Content Producers/Talents.
Your Profile
- Relevant experience in the music, entertainment, or media industries;
- Strong connection with the local music community including independent music labels, music production houses, publishers, artist managers, talent agencies, music schools, DJs, etc.;
- Familiar with the music business ecosystem;
- You will be responsible for the French and German-speaking countries. Successful candidate must speak native or near-native level of French or German. A good command of English is also required.
