Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of internal and external meeting and marketing materials, including portfolio summaries, presentations, and client proposals.
  • Support the client onboarding process, managing required documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and account setup.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, legal, investment) to ensure smooth communication and alignment in client interactions.
  • Handle transaction processing, including trade orders, fund transfers, and account updates.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional experience in a financial services or wealth management role, with exposure to client services and/or sales support preferred.
  • Tertiary educated, and proficiency in both English & Chinese speaking will be a distinct advantage.
  • Familiarity with financial products, portfolio management, and investment vehicles.
  • Relevant qualifications in the financial industry, such as IMC, IAD, CFA, RDR Level 4/6, will be positively considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
