Responsible for coordinating the statistics and analysis of the labor cost input and output of UK/EU, and suggesting the optimization of organizational benefits, and grow, develop, iterate and innovate together with the company's overseas business.
To ensure that the overseas compensation and benefits policies are complied with local labor law by researching and evaluating the local government's policy requirements on labor law, individual tax, corporate wages, compensation, and benefits requirement, and social security.
Responsible for the operation of overseas compensation, benefit, and vacation policy. Produce comprehensive HR compensation solutions for the business through cross-departmental collaboration.
Responsible for the management and operation of outside human resource vendors overseas, ensuring that vendors' resources can meet the demands of rapid business development and deliver high-quality service results.
Participate in other human resources projects if needed.
Requirements:- Relevant work experience in UK/EU payroll is preferred.
- Experience in overseas individual tax is preferred.
- Good Mandarin/English communication skills, verbal and writing skills, accurate understanding, clear and organized communication skills.
- Good logical thinking, problem solver.
- Able to work under pressure, able to handle the needs of multiple parties, and have the ability to plan according to priority.
- Fast learner with an active learning sense, positive work attitude.
