Job Description
- Oversee the implementation of group policies, submit regulatory reports regularly, and report on production, operations, and financial status. Improve internal accounting controls and other internal control systems.
- Lead the company’s accounting, financial analysis, fund management, budget management, tax management, audit, and other related work.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial and operational results, identify operational risks and other major problems, provide recommendations from financial perspectives.
- Participate in the preparation of annual business plans and operational responsibility systems, organize the preparation of the company’s annual budget, monitor and analyze budget execution, and issue early warnings for abnormal situations.
- Utilize financial expertise to support company business decisions.
Requirements
- Have a deep understanding of the UK accounting systems and standards, know Chinese and British accounting principles, understand UK tax systems and basic laws, be familiar with international accounting standards, and proficient in using ERP software.
- Be generally familiar with manufacturing business processes, able to quickly understand operational rules and factory system processes.
- Have team management experience and good management thinking.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
