Partner closely with business leaders to understand business strategies and facilitate the effective planning and implementation of HR strategies within the business units. Support organisational development by establishing HR initiatives that provide organisational support, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement, and talent retention. Build effective and diversified communication channels through proactive interaction with management and employees, ensuring smooth information flow across the organisation. Foster a culture of trust and collaboration while promoting corporate culture initiatives. Deeply engage with the business to identify operational challenges and needs, develop targeted HR solutions, support the continuous improvement of HR functions, and participate in the formulation of comprehensive HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, team management experience is essential.
  • Experience in the smart hardware/software industry is preferred, and overseas regional HRBP experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiar with daily HR management processes, local employment laws and regulations, and proficient in HR management tools, methodologies, and resources.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and integrity, with excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as strong learning agility.
  • Clear-thinking, proactive, and highly capable of driving problem-solving initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English being used as a working language.
