About the Role

We seek an experienced TA Partner to lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for all level roles in the Automotive industry. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs, optimise recruitment processes, and deliver high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Strategy & Execution: Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialised/leadership roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation). Develop innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelines). Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job scorecards.
  • Process Optimization: Analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to improve efficiency. Implement employer branding initiatives (career site, social media campaigns). Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrity and generate reports.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity hiring. Coordinate recruitment projects across BU. Attend industry events/college fairs to build talent networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (with 2+ years in-house), in the Automotive industry, must have done senior-level hiring.
  • Proven track record in various areas of recruitment such as sales, marketing, tech, executive, operations.
  • Proficiency in popular recruitment channel, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Workday, SAP) and data analytics tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI).
  • Risk Sensitivity: Ability to anticipate regulatory impacts.
  • Communication & Influence: Translate complex regulations into actionable guidelines for business teams.
  • Multitasking: Manage stakeholders under high pressure while balancing compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Global HR Experience in highly regulated industries.
  • Fluency in English.
