Help the UK sales team to create or enhance existing customer relationships, promote the signing of supplier agreements, and increase the chances of obtaining large projects. Cooperate with the sales team to promote our brand and negotiate with customers at various exhibitions and marketing activities. Independently create a wide network among pharmaceutical and biotech companies in major UK market, conduct research to identify new market and customer needs, efficiently develop big customer and project leads, and help the sales team follow up. Collect, analyze, and feedback UK market information to help the company establish marketing and product development strategies. Prepare sales/service/licensing contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. Requirements ~ At least a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or related fields. ~3+ years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in one or multiple major UK market, with strategic planning capability and strong negotiation skills. ~ Rich knowledge of European bio-industry. The former network in biopharma and biotech is a plus. ~ Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills. ~ Project management and analytical skills. ~ Ready for frequent business travel. ~ Proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus. ~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
