Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement asset management plans for the existing real estate portfolio which include both operating as well as assets under development.
  • Formulate asset management plans with the view of maximizing performance and enhancing capital growth for the properties under your charge.
  • Lead, direct and manage the running of all the development projects via the internal development department.
  • Monitor and manage risk to ensure that projects are delivered as per budget and programme.
  • Monitor and report to main board Directors on site progress, programme, costs, key risk items and strategies against the Business Plan throughout the duration of the projects.
  • Assess the build-ability and risks of all projects.
