Trading Risk Management: Lead trading risk management initiatives, ensuring that all trading activities are conducted within the company’s risk appetite and regulatory frameworks.
Business Empowerment: Collaborate with business units to support new initiatives, ensuring alignment with both company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Risk Oversight: Manage and oversee various types of risk, including market, credit, liquidity, operations, technology, new product, compliance, and wallet risk.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all risk management processes are compliant with local regulations in the UK and prepare for regulatory compliance in future European markets.

Requirements:
