We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Operations Specialist for a technology-driven Automotive brand. Ideal candidate has a proven track record within Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for confirming purchase orders for all the dealers
  • Responsible for answering questions about orders from dealer dealers
  • Responsible for solving technical problems of dealer spare parts (contact headquarters to solve DMS and EPCM and S BOM problems)
  • Responsible for supervising and resolving payment issues fordealers (including dealer invoices).
  • Responsible for the sold parts warranty issues
  • Monitor dealer inventory with the RAM
  • Analyze dealer's spare parts requirements and predict future spare parts requirements
  • Collect spare parts price data and participate in the retailer price setting.
  • Responsible for warehouse management and Logisticmanagement, inspectthe warehouse and logistics cost.
  • Other Adhoc tasks that assigned by managers
  • Experienced indelivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders andcreating substantial outcomes
  • Supply chain experienceand ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
  • Ability toinfluence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
  • Able to balancedaily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
  • Be familiar withthe automotive structure, malfunction performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Dependentlyfinish the Business statistics analysis report.
