We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Operations Specialist for a technology-driven Automotive brand. Ideal candidate has a proven track record within Automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for confirming purchase orders for all the dealers
- Responsible for answering questions about orders from dealer dealers
- Responsible for solving technical problems of dealer spare parts (contact headquarters to solve DMS and EPCM and S BOM problems)
- Responsible for supervising and resolving payment issues fordealers (including dealer invoices).
- Responsible for the sold parts warranty issues
- Monitor dealer inventory with the RAM
- Analyze dealer's spare parts requirements and predict future spare parts requirements
- Collect spare parts price data and participate in the retailer price setting.
- Responsible for warehouse management and Logisticmanagement, inspectthe warehouse and logistics cost.
- Other Adhoc tasks that assigned by managers
- Experienced indelivery services and project management, influencing key stakeholders andcreating substantial outcomes
- Supply chain experienceand ability to interpret and analyse complex numerical and financial data.
- Ability toinfluence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
- Able to balancedaily operational requirements with longer-terms strategic focus.
- Be familiar withthe automotive structure, malfunction performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Dependentlyfinish the Business statistics analysis report.
