  • Daily maintenance and operation of network devices in our London POPs, the network devices include Internet backbone, SDH/DWDM Sino-Europe backbone and Voice Switching equipment.
  • International circuits’ implementation, service provisioning, service delivery, troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Maintain and update Operation Plan and other operational procedures, service availability report, traffic management reports and service improvement solutions.
  • Pre-sales consulting support, resolve all technical issues arising during the sales engagement, understand customer business and technical drives, actively participate in customer network planning, help clients define specifications, requirements and engineer solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Stay close communication and cooperation with head office and other domestic and overseas branches.
  • Some business travels are required

Requirements

  • 3-5years network maintenance experience and SDH network and equipment maintenance experience
  • CCNP/CCNA qualified or equivalent
  • Familiar with HUAWEI SDH, DWDM optical transmission equipment and other related products
  • Familiar with all submarine and land cable systems
  • University graduate holder on Telecommunications or relevant areas
  • Good command of both English and Chinese language skills
