ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking an experienced network engineer to monitor, test, and maintain IP networks and equipment across global POPs. You will liaise with HQ and external teams to ensure smooth operation, support international circuits, and handle service provisioning and post-sale troubleshooting.
The role requires:
- 3–5 years of IP network maintenance experience
- CCNP (CCIE is a plus)
- Familiarity with Cisco equipment and submarine/land cable systems
- Preferably English and Chinese
