Job Description:
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external meeting and marketing materials, including portfolio summaries, presentations, and client proposals.
- Support the client onboarding process, managing required documentation, KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and account setup.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, legal, investment) to ensure smooth communication and alignment in client interactions.
- Handle transaction processing, including trade orders, fund transfers, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support client requests and internal projects.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience in a financial services or wealth management role, with exposure to client services and/or sales support preferred.
- Tertiary educated, and proficiency in both English.
