With offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and China (Hong Kong and Shenzhen), ELP partners with a broad range of clients including multinational corporations and local companies specialising in the innovation and technology, telecommunications, alternative investment and private wealth management industries.
We are currently looking for a hardworking and driven individual (graduate or experienced professional) to join our London team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will start with an initial training period and learn about a wide variety of sectors. You will be expected to work with senior consultant colleagues assisting in the acquisition of up-to-date information about the candidates, clients and target clients from various sources. You will also be responsible for producing a long-list of candidates and working with consultants to reduce that to a shortlist, by approaching potential candidates, assessing their experience, credentials and gaining a greater understanding of their motivations.
