The Technical Sales Specialist is to shape the company strategy to penetrate the European markets, and to build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to maximize our business in the biopharma industry.

  • 1. Work with regional sales team toachieve agreed sales targets for UK, Ireland & Nordics regions.
  • 2.

Empower sales teams withtechnical expertise; conduct account deep dive, opportunity mapping andclient visits for key accounts, and lead custom projects to develop newclients and opportunities.

  • 3.

Based on in-depth analysis ofmarket trends, competition and customer demand, propose and implementtargeted sales and marketing strategies to support the achievement ofregional revenue growth.

  • 4. Expand the customer base forstrategic product lines; identify new opportunities and local competitors, and deliver sales-centric technical trainings.
  • 5. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers and partners; provide timely technicalsupport and customized solutions to expand customer coverage and enhancebrand influence.
  • 6.

Collaborate with the marketingteam to plan and implement webinars, seminars, exhibitions and promotionactivities; participate in industry events to expand networks and capturebusiness opportunities.

Collect and provide feedback onregional market intelligence to HQ for product optimization, development andcompetitive positioning; collaborate with global teams to share strategiesand case studies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above, major in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related fields is a must
  • Work experience in related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and handle pressure, High-level problem-solving skills, Attention to details, Strong communication skills,
  • Effective time management and prioritisation, Excellent in English both written and spoken
