This role defines how we build, develop, and professionalism dealer networks, drive sustainable growth, and scale premium robotic technologies across diverse European markets.
Deep expertise in either garden/outdoor power equipment or pool equipment dealer channels, with the ambition and capability to expand into a second category.
Key Responsibilities- European Dealer Channel Strategy: Define and execute a multi-country dealer channel strategy for robotic lawn and pool solutions. Adapt go-to-market approaches to different dealer realities, seasonality, and customer journeys.
- Business Development & Expansion: Identify and onboard strategic dealer partners and/or distributors across garden and pool channels. Define expansion priorities by country, region, and channel type. Own pricing architecture, margin models, and commercial terms for dealer channel. Define and monitor KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, inventory turns, margin, and service performance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and After-Sales to ensure strong service ecosystems. Build, lead, and develop regional business development resources over time. Set clear objectives, coaching standards, and performance expectations. Act as a role model for structured, data-driven channel management.
- Must-Have Experience: 5+ years in dealer-based sales or business development. Background in either garden/outdoor power equipment/robotic lawn mowers or pool equipment/pool robots/technical pool products. Proven experience managing multi-country dealer networks in Europe.
- Core Competencies: Deep understanding of indirect sales and dealer economics. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Ability to manage complexity across different dealer types and cultures. Act as a key interface between European markets and global headquarters, ensuring clear, effective, and culturally aligned end-to-end communication.
- Languages & Mobility: Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory). Additional European languages are a strong plus. Flexible location within Europe, or China-based with frequent travel to Europe.
