Management

  • Assist in coordinatingoffice activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance withcompany policies;
  • Maintain day to dayoffice duties including answering the phone, correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), couriers, to ensure the smooth flow of daily tasks;
  • Assist in thepreparation of regularly scheduled reports and updating office policies andprocedures;
  • Manage meeting roomsand kitchens, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times;
  • Process expenses foroffice administration;
  • Office supplypurchasing, inventory checking and budget monitoring;
  • Manage officefacilities and maintenance, and liaising with third parties;
  • Represent the Bank onthe tenant meetings and feedback to the management team;
  • Book hotels and flighttickets for business trips;
  • Assist withitineraries for Head Office’s delegation or Customer group;
  • Ad-hoc tasks asrequired by line manager.

This is a varied role and you will have the opportunityto get involved with different aspects of HR including recruitment, training, employee benefits and other matters.

  • Maintain accurate employee records inpersonnel files and keep confidentiality;
  • Manage training and developmentrecord;
  • Assist with recruitment administrationactivities;
  • Collect documents and process pre-employmentchecks;
  • Process employees’ requests andprovide relevant information;
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings andtraining seminars;
  • Provide orientations for new employeesand interns and explain the Bank’s policies;
  • Update HR databases as and whenrequired;
  • Assist with other general HR administrationduties & support for the HR Director.
