Join our HR team and become an essential support to the company’s growth. As a Junior HR Assistant, you will assist the HR Director with day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, training coordination, payroll support and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws.

This position is ideal for individuals at the early stage of their HR career who are eager to gain hands-on experience and develop professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to HR matters or other HR related matters assigned by the Deputy Head of General Administration Department, including:
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as drafting and posting job advertisements, sourcing CVs, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing induction programmes and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support payroll processes.
  • Other tasks as required by the HR Director or Deputy Head of General Administration Department.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in HR or administration preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin with solid skills in written and spoken communication.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the HR and office administration fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
