We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Specialist to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible forsupporting the Events Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution ofvarious events, ranging from product launches to corporate activations. Theideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, strong organisationalskills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the development of event concepts and planning through toimplementation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s objectives and targetaudience.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to promote events through socialmedia, email campaigns, and other channels, ensuring effective outreach andbrand visibility.
  • On-site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support during event activations, ensuring strongattention to detail and ability to manage suppliers and stakeholders whererequired.
  • Event Materials & Collateral: Assist in creating and organising event materials such as invitations, signage,presentations, and promotional giveaways.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Actas a liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners toensure all event objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Logistics Coordination: work closelywith logistics team to facilitate vehicle movements for required events.
  • Agency Management: workeffectively with multiple agencies, suppliers and stakeholders, showcasingeffective communication and ability to keep to tight deadlines.
  • Project Management: ableto manage multiple projects and tasks, showcasing strong organisational skills.
  • Other ad-hoc projects: assigned by your line manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, events or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in events and brand marketing,with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and relatedprocesses.
  • 3+ years ofexperience in an event planning or marketing role, preferably in the automotivesector.
  • Client orAgency side experience
  • A proactive, self-starter with a collaborativeattitude and passion for delivering memorable, high-quality events.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to test new ideas and approaches.
  • Experience indeveloping and executing successful marketing campaigns and events.
  • Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills
