Your Role
As an Agent Deployment Manager at Eloquent AI, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of our AI Agents and Operators into enterprise environments. You’ll work with customers to scope use cases, manage configurations, monitor performance, and ensure successful go-lives. This is a customer-facing, deployment-focused role ideal for someone who excels at translating business needs into system logic, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that AI-powered workflows deliver real-world value.
What You'll Do
- You’ll manage the full deployment lifecycle of AI Operators, from kick-off to go-live, with enterprise customers.
- Partner with customers to understand business processes, scope requirements, and align on deployment goals and success criteria.
- Coordinate configuration, testing, and validation of Operators using internal tools and prompt design frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to resolve edge cases and ensure long-term success.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, coordinating responses to critical customer-facing incidents in line with company incident-management processes.
- Act as a first responder during incidents, taking ownership of investigation and coordination, even when issues extend beyond your immediate area of expertise, by engaging the right teams and driving resolution end-to-end.
- Contribute to improving deployment playbooks, escalation processes, and operational readiness over time.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in solution delivery, implementation or technical project management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs, including a solid understanding of agent behaviour, prompt iteration, and system constraints.
- Ability to map complex workflows into structured logic and work closely with technical teams to implement them effectively.
- Strong communication and organisational skills to conduct customer meetings, manage timelines, and drive execution.
- A strong sense of ownership to track results, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- A background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM field, or equivalent relevant practical experience in a technical or engineering role.
Bonus Points If…
- You have some hands-on coding or scripting experience with Python, as well as React and TypeScript and are comfortable reading and working alongside production code.
- You have experience deploying AI-powered tools, chat-based interfaces, or automation products.
- You’ve delivered projects in fintech, insurance, banking, or other regulated industries.
- You’re comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments where customer impact and reliability come first.
