Requirements:
– Must be a team player
– Flexible availability preferred – AM shifts, PM shifts, and sleepovers

About the Role:

Shifts available across a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Provide support with a customer service focus to delight clients every shift.

Adjust your approach to meet clients\’ needs, preferences, and priorities.

Assist clients with daily activities, personal hygiene, and dressing tasks.

Perform home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework.

Support clients with outside activities like shopping and social programs.

Review relevant notes and support plans.

Maintain record-keeping as per organizational standards.

Support clients in expressing their views, raising concerns, and reporting incidents.

Maximize clients\’ control and confidence.

About the Candidate:

Enthusiastic and bubbly personality.

Problem-solver.

NDIS Worker Check.

First Aid Certificate.

Driver\’s License.

NDIS New Worker Module completed.

Reliable vehicle and smartphone.
