Requirements:
– Must be a team-player
– Flexible availability preferred – AM shifts/PM shifts + Sleepovers

About the Role:

Morning, afternoon and night shift available across a rotating roster

Support provided with a customer service focus to delight clients every shift

Adjust your approach to meet clients\’ needs, preferences and priorities

Assisting clients to perform important daily activities

Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks

Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework

Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping

Supporting various programs of social activities

Review all relevant notes and support plan information

Record keeping as per the organisation\’s requirements

Support clients to express views, raise concerns, report complaints and incidents

Maximise client\’s control and confidence
