Ihre Aufgaben
- This role involves installing, servicing, and maintaining our products on vehicles of various OEMs at customer sites and providing excellent customer service.
- Daily tasks would consist of:
- Participation in pre-sales activities such as proof of concept and pilot installations
- Installation of our product solutions at renowned customer locations
- Provision of local after-sales support for customers
- Service and maintenance of our products
- Response to service requests
- Accurate completion of service worksheets, reporting the progress of cases in our cloud-based case management system, and controlling the stock of parts

- Technical experience with products that combine an intelligent interaction of hardware, software, sensors, and wireless technology
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Several years of experience in material handling or intralogistics
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated with effective planning and organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence is required
